In this article, I talk about the best options trading books for Options Traders. Read along as I name my 3 favorite trading books and the best trading books for new and old Options Traders.
My Best Options Trading Books
If you are looking for the best day trading books and are wondering: “Brendan: what are your recommended trading books for new Options Traders?”: here it is. Let’s get into it.
Trading in the Zone
My first book on the list of books for day traders includes the late; great Mark Douglas’s Trading in the Zone. This book Trading in the Zone is all about Day Trading in the stock market and talks about Day Trading with a very spiritual Zen-like attitude. I like this book a lot and recommend this day trading book as it is one of the best books on trading.
The Daily Trading Coach
The second book I want to talk about doesn’t have any individual option strategy or options strategies but it does talk about how to counsel oneself into become a great trader. This book is Brett Steenbarger’s The Daily Trading Coach. The Daily Trading Coach book is a great read for any Options Trader. It’s one of the great day trading books because it teaches a trader how to journal and become a great trader.
Trend Following
The third book to talk about is Brett Steenbarger’s Trend Following. Though this is not an Options Trading book per se: it definitely will help you if you are an Options Trader and want to learn to identify trends. This is one of the most important aspects of Options Trading: being able to find a trend. I hope you read this book as it is has helped me greatly and I feel I owe Brett some sales. Not to mention I get commissions as well! Boom!
Best Options Trading Platform
Now for the shameless plug part of the article. If you are looking for the best option trading platform look no further. There’s no such thing as Robinhood Options Trading: except maybe WeBull. LOL. Okay so stay on the lookout for my Options Trading Course as it will be out sometime. Thanks for reading and for more educational articles check out my blog at Brendan Mulhern’s Blog.
